Swimmers must be at least 7 years old. They are also meant for swimmers whose parents work during the day or for kids who are attending a morning day camp. They are not meant for kids to practice twice in one day.
**Daily practice is not mandatory, but please let coaches know if your swimmer will miss an entire week.
***9- and 10-year-olds compete in the same age bracket at meets, but due to the age breakdown of swimmers on the team this year, they will have separate practice times.

What To Bring To Practice
- Swimsuit: Swimmers should wear an athletic swimsuit to practice. It does not need to be the team swimsuit or a certain color.
- Coverups or sweats: Early season practices, especially those before school gets out can be very chilly. Coverups, sweatshirts and pants or extra towels are recommended.
- Water bottle
Labeling your child's items with their name is a good idea -- even goggles and shoes! Many swim items -- towels, swim caps, flip-flops, goggles, team shirts -- either are identical or look very similar.
