HW Dolphins: Five Things for the Final Friday
Thank you Dolphin swimmers and parents for another great season!
Here are Five Things for the Final Friday:
1. MOUNTAIN PARK RIBBONS
Lots of new experiences swimming at a new pool last night. Unfortunately, one challenge was there were lots of labels and ribbons that did not get printed by our host team. If your swimmer is missing ribbons from last night, please reply to this email and let us know:
- Swimmer name
- Event
- If you would like a ribbon OR a ribbon with the printed label.
Our computer and ribbon volunteers have offered to work to make sure everyone gets the ribbons by the Last Splash Bash. Thank you Melissa Lawrence, Jenn Mackert & Angel Dimas
2. LAST SPLASH BASH
If you haven’t RSVPed your swimmers & parents for the Last Splash Bash on Tuesday, July 7, please go ahead and do so today! We will send more details about the event next week, but our volunteers would love a headcount ASAP! Thank you Kim Rutkowski and Rachel Ulrich for organizing this event!
If you will not be at the Last Splash Bash, you can stop by the pool during County Practice times and pick up ribbons and the end of the season medals. (see schedule below)
3. COUNTY SWIM MEET
The League has updated the top times after the final meet. If your swimmer will be swimming at County or possibly swimming, practices start Monday.

*9-9:30 a.m. Dolphin Pups

4. END OF SEASON SURVEY
Please take a few minutes in the next week to fill out our end of season survey. We DO READ responses, and we DO MAKE CHANGES based on feedback we receive from parents.
5. HANARRY WEST CLUB
If you have enjoyed being at the Hanarry West Club each morning or evening during the season, please let our hard-working volunteer HW Club board members know. We have swim team families that serve on the board: Adrianne Leonard, Lauren Roper, Susan Swafford and Britta Froelicher.
Please consider joining the Club each year and encouraging your friends and neighbors, especially ones in HW or nearby neighborhoods, to do so as well. Membership dues keep the Club going! And if you have skills or time you can lend to the Club, please reach out to one of the board members above to let them know you want to help.
Thank you for a great season!
