Leadership Team
The Hanarry West leadership team is comprised of parents who volunteer their time and combine their skills to manage the Dolphin swim team. Planning for the season begins in January, with registration opening in early March. Volunteers coordinate all non-coaching aspects of the team throughout the season.
As swimmers age out and leave the team, these volunteers also leave their positions. So, the team is constantly looking for parents who might be interested in serving in a leadership role.
