Who else is already missing mornings and Thursday evenings at the pool?

To close out another amazing season, here is some important information regarding awards and dates for next year.

AWARDS (Regular-season and County)
You can pick up any ribbons, medals, end of season awards, etc, from the ribbon box starting today. It is currently housed by the garage at Lindsey Thiers’s house (878 Guinevere Way SW, Lilburn). This is for ANY ribbon/medal from either the regular season or the County Meet. Please be sure to look all the way to the bottom of your file to ensure you get all of your awards.
The deadline for picking up your awards is Friday, July 25th.

For County Meet participants, here are final results in case you are not sure where your swimmer placed.
County awards are as follows:
Relays: 1st-3rd get medals and 4th-30th get a ribbon
Individual Events: 1st-6th get a medal and 7th-30th get a ribbon.

County Bag Tags and County Lost and Found
Next to the ribbon bin is another bin that holds the County bag tags and 1 lost and found item from Session #4. (If we have communicated separately about your swimmer’s lost and found item, it is on Lindsey Thiers’s porch). Please ask your swimmer if they received a bag tag at County. If they did not, please grab a tag and a loop from the manilla envelope.

STOPWATCHES
If you still have your stopwatch from the County Meet, please put it in the Bag Tag/Lost and Found bin.

SAVE THE DATE
Next year’s County Meet will be July 10-12, 2026, at Georgia Tech.
