1. Rivermist Meet

Rivermist has advised that their pool gates are locked until 5 p.m. for setup. So, go ahead and label your swimmers with their name and events before you arrive. Plus, it’ll be hot! Stay in the air conditioning as long as possible! Your swimmers can arrive, drop their stuff in the bullpen and go dive in the pool for warmups.

Please remember, if your swimmer is swimming backstroke they need to get out of the pool from warmups and head straight back to the bullpen for staging.

The visitor area is in the sun at Rivermist, so tents are welcomed. (And of course, it might rain….) Plus, remember hats and lots of water! The pool deck is not large, so Rivermist advises leaving wagons and coolers at home.

2. End of Season Celebration

We are looking forward to seeing everyone Friday at 6 p.m. at our End of Season Celebration and glow swim. The menu for tonight is attached. A huge thank you to Concessions Coordinators Trisha Atkins and Scott Shackelford for the yummy food all season long!

DON'T FORGET: Park only one side of the street. We will use the Club’s chairs but will also need people to bring chairs. Come hungry. Swimmers please wear team shirts! Bring items for the glow swim (we have a few for each swimmer). Be ready to celebrate a great season!

If you are not able to attend the Celebration tomorrow, you can pick up your swimmer’s medal and remaining ribbons during County practices the next two weeks. Coaches will be at the pool from 8-10:30 a.m. and 6-7:30 p.m. (Monday and Tuesdays).

3. End of Season Parent Survey

Please take 5 minutes and complete our survey! It’s short and mostly multiple choice! You can do it on your phone! We do read the responses and make changes (when we can).
