Planning for the 2025 season is well underway, and we wanted to go ahead and share some dates and information with you!

Hanarry West Swim & Tennis Club Memberships
Membership for the 2025 HW Club season opened last week. There is an early bird discount now through March 1 (you save $50 by joining this month). HW Club members receive a $20 per swimmer discount when joining the swim team, but your family needs to join the Club BEFORE REGISTERING for the team. We will be checking the Club member list during registration -- so go ahead and join this awesome summer swim community this week!

Swim Team Registration To Open March 1
Registration for the 2025 Swim Team is (tentatively) set to open on March 1. We will be updating the website soon with more details about the season. We are expecting most of the younger age groups to fill up quickly, so please don’t delay in registering.

March 1 - Registration Open to Returning Team Members
March 10 - Registration Open to HW Club Members & Neighborhood
March 17 - Registration Open to All
April 15 - Registration Closes
*Dolphin Pups Registration Set to Open on April 1

May 12 - First Day of Practice
May 29 - First Swim Meet
June 5 - Swim Meet
June 12 - Swim Meet
June 18 or 19 - Swim Meet
June 26 - Final Swim Meet
July 11-13 - County Championship

Team Leadership & Volunteers
We are appreciative every season of the parents who step into leadership roles with the team. As you know, our team is a volunteer-run non-profit, and we wouldn’t have a team without our volunteers. If you are interested in helping out the team in a larger capacity this season, we would love to chat with you about the needs we have for the upcoming season.
