Hanarry West 50th Anniversary Spiritwear: Store Reopened!
We had such positive feedback on our special spiritwear this year that we are opening the store back up for a limited time. These are special designs only available this year as part of the team’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. You need to order by 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 21. (We do need meet a minimum of 12 items for each design to reorder, and right now we are short order on the 1974 Throwback designs.)

This Week's Practice Schedule
Great first week of practice Dolphins! Reminder that there is no practice this Wednesday (last day of school).  We switch to our summer practice schedule on Thursday. Also no practice this Saturday or next Monday (Memorial Day weekend).

Volunteer Shifts
Way to go Dolphin families! Thank you for signing up for your volunteer shifts so quickly! We only have a handful of families that haven’t signed up yet – and we’d love to get everyone signed up by EOD tomorrow (Tuesday). Each family should sign up for 3 meets shifts and 1 non-meet shift. Non-meet shifts include: Pool work days, Fun Friday, 50th Anniversary, County Celebration and County Meet. Our team needs some signs laminated before our first meet (they are regular letter sized). If you have the time and tool(s) to do this for the team, please send us an email: [email protected]

RSVP For Swim Meets: 8 a.m. the Friday before each meet
If you already know your summer schedule, you can go ahead and RSVP your swimmers for all 5 meets. But you MUST RSVP by 8 a.m. the Friday prior to each meet in order for the coaches to include your swimmer in the meet entries. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, coaching staff will assume your swimmer(s) are not available to participate in that meet and they will not be seeded in the meet. *Please also RSVP for the following week’s Fun Friday at the same time.

50th Anniversary Party: Please RSVP
We hope you will join us to celebrate the team’s 50th Anniversary on Sunday, June 2 from 4pm-8pm at the Hanarry West Pool. Please RSVP for this event by Friday so that we can make plans for how much food and drinks are needed. We’ll have details of our 50th party coming this week! There are still volunteer slots available for this event.
