Hello Everyone!

We are so excited to be starting the 2017 Hanarry West summer swim season.  Swim Meets will be starting soon and we need everyone's help to make our meets run smoothly!

Every family must join a volunteer group this season.  Please sign up for a group before Friday, May 12th or you will be assigned to one.  A description of the volunteer positions can be found on the Hanarry West Swim Team website.

One member from each family will be scheduled and responsible to either work or find a substitute at 4 meets this season.  Scheduled shifts will be a combination of home and away meets throughout the season.

Some groups are designated as Home Meet Only (HMO) groups.  Members of these groups will be scheduled to work all 3 home meets with their volunteer group and 1 away meet with a different group.   

If you prefer to work 1st shift (approximately 5:45-8) or 2nd shift (approximately 8-10:15) please indicate your preference in the comment section.  This is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you know you are not available to work a meet, you may request off 1 meet in the comment section.  This is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Volunteer schedules will be completed and distributed to group members as soon as teams are full.
