I just want to say that everything has been running pretty smoothly since everyone is chipping in!! Thanks so much for being a part of our Swim Family!! 

Parents we really need your help with your swimmer(s). Our volunteers are working really hard but they need parents to please be aware of where their kids are and the events being called to the bullpen. We need your help to get them where they need to be. We have some kids missing events. If you are volunteering then please ask another parent/friend to help with your swimmer. We want everyone to have the opportunity to swim all their events. We also need to be aware of safety. We can't have the little ones running around the pool. Just don't want anyone to get hurt. I really appreciate your help with this. Thanks!!

1. ) If you haven't brought your drinks for our Concession please bring them in this week
   • ​Each swimmer is asked to bring in a 12 pack of drinks for the concession stand.  This is per swimmer - please bring it to the Pancake Breakfast.  Please no generic brands. You can bring it in anytime before our first meet. Thank you!     
     • Under 6 - Diet Coke or Coke Zero
     •   7 and 8 year olds - Water bottles 16 oz   
     •   9 year olds - Gatorade 12 oz size  
     • 10 year olds - Coke  
     •  Middle School - Sprite
     •   High School - Sprite
2. • ​​Everyone else please arrive by 5:00 with your swimmers and their events already written on them along with their name and age on their shoulder. 
   • You can find their events on the website in the news item bleow this one. 
   • Volunteers and swimmers please check in just like we did at the last meet! It worked great!! 
   • Please don't leave the meet without checking with Coach Carly.
3. ) Clean up: Please make sure to pick up your area and help with clean-up before you leave the meet. We have too many items being left. 

Remeber ..... Come to the meet even if it looks like rain or is storming. We may need to start late. I will be keeping you updated through the Remind AP for any changes.

I'm keeping my finger and toes crossed that we have great weather!!
