Registration for the 2024 summer swim season is almost here!

Registration Timeline:
March 1: Open to returning families (you’ll receive an email when opened)
March 11: Open to Hanarry West Swim & Tennis Club members and Hanarry West neighborhood
March 18: Open to all
*Please remember the team and league are volunteer-led organizations, so these dates are subject to change.
**Our team has reached capacity the past few years, so please register early if you are sure you want to swim.

Registration Fees:
5-14 Age Swimmer — Non-member $175 | HW Club Member $155
15-18 Age Swimmer – Non-member $95 | HW Club Member $75
*$10 sibling discount for swim team

NEW! Dolphin Pups Program:
Hanarry West’s Dolphin Pups program is designed for swimmers ages 3 and up who can’t swim a full lap (25 yards) or swim without a coach in the water or aren’t quite ready for the intensity of an evening, 400+ person swim meet. This new Hanarry West program is designed to teach children beginning swim skills and strokes – with the goal of preparing them to participate in the sport of competitive swimming and move on to the Dolphin Swim Team. Registration will open at the same time as the swim team.

Hanarry West Club Member Discount:
Members of the Hanarry West Swim & Tennis Club will receive $20 per swimmer discount at registration. But you need to complete your 2024 Club membership and payment BEFORE you register for the swim team. Team managers will check registrations indicating Club membership against the Club membership list. https://www.hanarrywest.com/membership

Registration Items:
Family Fundraising Fee – You’ll see a $10 family fundraising fee in your registration this year. This is in replacement of the drink donation from past seasons. Collecting this donation up front will hopefully reduce the to-do list of our parents and help the team more accurately plan a Concessions budget for the season.

Parking Space Raffle – In the merchandise section at the end of registration, you’ll see an option to participate in a $5 raffle for a home meet parking space. You can buy as many raffle tickets as you like, and we’ll put your name in the drawing that number of times for a designated parking space in the HW parking lot at all home meets this season!

Reddiset Store – Reddiset will again sell our team swimsuit (not required), but also some special spirit wear this season. As we celebrate the team’s 50th anniversary, the store will offer team shirts, throwback designs and more. Look for the Store link at the end of registration.

Volunteer Requirements – Summer swim league is truly a labor of love and a family sport because parents are essential to swim meets and team activities. All Dolphin families are asked to volunteer for 3 meet shifts and 1 non-meet shift this season. At registration, you’ll be asked to select preferences for the type of volunteer roles you are most interested in. Closer to the start of the season, the team’s Volunteer Manager will coordinate scheduling of the 4 shifts. Families that do not fulfill all 4 of their volunteer obligations will be charged a penalty. You’ll find more information about this penalty on the registration form.
