Pre-season Parent Survey

For both our new and returning families, we would appreciate if you could take 5-10 minutes and answer the questions below. As the coaches and volunteer leadership team prepare for the upcoming season, your answers will help us meet the needs of families and swimmers. Any feedback shared with the coaches and leadership team from this survey will be done so anonymously (even if you provide your name because you want to volunteer). Please complete by April 9.
