I will be starting the process of charging the out-of-pool fee on Wednesday.  If you had indicated you were joining the pool, please do so by then. If you have changed your mind and joined the pool after you said no, please send me an email.  

The process is: I send our membership list to the HW club and they tell me who has joined the pool. I then charge the pre-approved amount that you selected at registration.  I hope to have it done by Saturday.
