Hi Dolphins!
We wanted to give you some information for the beginning of the season. 
1. Please download the Swimtopia App.  This is the program we use to manage the team. It has a feature where we can send Alerts (like text messages).  This is important because sometimes practice gets cancelled due to thunderstorms.  In fact, right now there is a good chance of thunderstorms for Monday so we are watching that to see if we can have practice. Always assume there is practice unless we send out the alert cancelling. We do swim in the rain :) 
2. Please remember to have kids in masks when they arrive at the pool. It might be a good idea to give them a bag to put the mask in when they are not wearing it.  
3. Some of the board will be at the gate, if you have any questions please just ask them.  
4. Thank you for all your flexibility and understanding.  We will try our best to communicate changes as they happen.
