Training dates for Stroke & Turn officials, Starters, & Computer

Hello. Let me first start by thanking all of you who joined us over the last two nights as we had our parent meetings and hopefully answered your questions. If you still have questions, please reach out.
For those that asked about the trainings for Officials (Stroke & Turn or Starter) or for computer training, I am including the dates, times, and links below:
2021 Officials Training:
- Online training for Stroke and Turn judges will be on Tuesday: 5/4, 5/11, & 5/18 from 7-9:30pm
- Online training for Starters will be Wednesday: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 from 7-8pm

- No in person training planned for this year
- S&T Certification is good for 3 years from the date you last attended the training and Starter is every 2 years.
- You must be a Stroke and Turn Official in order to be a Starter, you cannot be Starter certified only
- Stroke and Turn & Starter Training may be taken both in same year in any order

Thank you to all that are stepping up to be trained as officials or as a computer person. For others that do not feel these are the right fit, that is great too. We will need several people to work as timers (quick training before the meets), concessions, set-up, tear down, bullpen, event turners, etc. Sign-up for those shifts will come out later. We appreciate all of you being willing to help make this an enjoyable season for all of our kids. It takes a lot of hands to put on a swim meet and we cannot do it without everyone helping out.
