Our meet this week is at North Forke Plantation. The address is 1435 Roanoke Trace, Grayson. They do not sell heat sheets. I have attached it to this email.  You can look at it on your device or print it out at home.  

There will probably be bad weather. Please make sure you have downloaded the Swimtopia App.  Do not assume the meet is cancelled unless you hear it from us.  

Here are a few helpful tips about our venue. Parking is on the street on the same side as the clubhouse and the front (larger) parking lot of the clubhouse. We will have signs posted to help with this. Your bullpen area is on the far side of the pool. There is some covered area, but not much. 

Your warm up time starts at 5:30 The visiting team spectator area is also on the far side of the pool. There is NO covered area for spectators, so plan accordingly. Please leave the area directly in front of the clubhouse windows open. That is where we post the scores during the meet. 

Our concessions offer a variety of items such as burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and baked potatoes. Typically no item is priced at more than $5.

Bathrooms are in the cabana building next to the pool, NOT in the main clubhouse building. If we get rained out our makeup day is Friday.
