Just a reminder that this Sunday March 17 from 1-4 pm is the swim suit fitting at the pool. Registration is all online so please get online to register ASAP. We will have some computers at the swim suit fitting, if you want to register there. We will also be collecting payments from those people paying by check. 

Important Notes:

Spots are filling up fast - please sign up soon so we can have all our Dolphins back on the team. We do have a registration limit.  

Swimsuit company only will take credit cards at the fitting. 

In order to get free shipping, you need to order your suits by March 24th. 

If you have some pictures of previous year's kids at swim events, please send them to Astrid at [email protected].  She would like to put them in the swim display case at the pool.

Registration will look a bit different. Everyone needs to sign up online (you can still choose to pay by cash or check). You don't need to print any papers and bring them to us - you will initial online. We have eliminated the fundraising fee.

PLEASE NOTE: The fees are listed on the first page. In order to make the site charge what we wanted, we had to break things down. Please don't worry, it will charge the right amount at the end. The non-member fee you need to approve but we have to go in and charge that once we confirm who are members of the Hanarry West Swim and Tennis Club.

If you pay by credit card, you will get an email saying you authorize a larger amount. THAT AMOUNT IS NOT BEING CHARGED. It is the fee if you don’t work your volunteer shifts (and we all know you will work your shifts because you are amazing families) and it includes the $40 difference between pool members and non-pool members.

Swim suit fitting and in person registration/payment is March 17 1-4 pm at the pool.
