Dolphins,

We are looking forward to a GREAT first meet this Thursday night!  Obviously, with it being summer, some folks will miss a meet for vacation, camp, family outings, etc.....  We understand, but we do want to know so that our entries are as accurate as possible.  Relays are very difficult to adjust at the last minute.  Please indicate your availability on this form.  If you need to make an adjustment to this later in the season, you may complete the form again.  

Sorry this is a little last minute for the first meet, but please do indicate if you need to miss the meet by this Monday.  Entries for that meet will be turned in on Tuesday.
